ADE launches the 2023 PRO SERIES for the ADE RD3 series, which fits a variety of popular optical footprints on the market. Additional features on the PRO Series include the Motion Awake System and a new cosmetic redesign from ADE in Oregon City, Oregon.

ADE RD3-028 Ares Pro is equipped with the Motion Activated System. While the Ares Pro is on, the red dot lighting will go to sleep after five minutes of inactivity. However, when motion or vibration is detected, it immediately turns on the lighting at the previous brightness setting. Users also have the option to manually turn off the Red Dot to disable the motion-activated system.

The overall length is longer than traditional red dots, so it only fits the optical plate that sits ABOVE the slide (usually the plates that replace the sight). It will not fit the pistol slide with a milled optical cut, as these cuts are typically made for standard length red dots. The dimensions for Ares are 4.67x3.3x2.9 cm / 1.84x1.30x1.15". (LxWxH)

ADE RD3-028 Ares Pro is equipped with a removable weather shield that protects the visor from moisture and provides a clearer sight image in bad weather. Once installed, the weather shield protects against rain or snow and remains attached to a handgun even when mounted.
