Designer Ben Petersen describes his design as follows:
Lots of noise, but not much bite. Have you ever come across a Yipper?
You know: a little dog that barks like the king of the prairie but actually weighs less than a hamburger; a ferocious pup whose bark is worse than its bite. I grew up in an area where coyotes yelp and howl at night.
Their call is a bit menacing, maybe even scary, but they're like those little yappy dogs: lots of noise, not so much bite. When Igor Bortolussi from MKM approached me to design a knife, I started designing a knife that is a yapper: sharp teeth, but not much bite.
An EDC knife that gets the job done.
